Meta-owned WhatsApp has been adding new features one after another to its messaging app. Now it has been reported that soon WhatsApp users will get a new way to interact with Meta AI, which will eliminate the hassle of typing. Feature tracking website WABetaInfo reported the feature called Voice Chat Mode in their report. This feature is currently being tested on Android Beta '2.24.18.18' version.
WhatsApp brings voice chat mode for Meta AI
According to the report, the voice chat mode for Meta AI was first seen in WhatsApp's iOS beta build. Now this feature is being tested for Android as well.

The messaging app was earlier working on a voice-to-text feature. According to the screenshot shared by WABetaInfo, this feature will enable hands-free chat with Meta AI.
This is how the WhatsApp feature will work
A 'Hold to chat using your voice' message may appear on the Meta AI icon when the voice chat mode feature is enabled. As a result, WhatsApp users can easily connect with the chatbot. Also, writing down your thoughts is faster than typing in chats.
