Not long ago, Nokia phone maker HMD launched two smartphones, Crest and Crest Max, in India. In the meantime, the company has started working on a new model called the Barbie phone. Also, HMD is going to bring a mid-range handset called Hyper, inspired by the original Lumia, the design and specifications of which have now been leaked.
HMD Hyper: Design and Specifications
The upcoming Hyper Phone looks a lot like the HMD Skyline, which was launched last month. It has a flat display with large bezels and curved sides. The display uses an OLED panel and offers full-HD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. It is going to have Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 processor, 8 GB RAM and 256 GB storage. Storage can be increased via microSD card.
For photography, the device will get a triple camera setup on the back. Which includes a 50-megapixel camera with optical image stabilization, a 13-megapixel camera, and an 8-megapixel camera. The HMD Hyper is also claimed to have a 50-megapixel selfie camera on the front. It can record Full HD video at 60 fps.
The rear camera will be able to shoot 4K videos at 30 fps. Besides, the HMD Hyper will come with a 4,700mAh battery with 33W fast charge support. There is no information available about the price of the smartphone at the moment. The company is expected to announce the launch date very soon.
