Lectrix EV, a subsidiary of Sar Group, has joined hands with Flipkart to launch a new electric scooter, called the LXS 2.0. As part of the launch offer, customers on Flipkart will get a discount of Rs 5,000 on the price. This facility will be available on certain bank cards. If you buy this e-scooter excluding the battery, it will be priced at Tk 44,999 (ex-showroom) with a discount. In that case, the battery can be used in return for a monthly subscription charge of 999 taka.
Lifetime warranty on the battery is included in the subscription. On the other hand, the Lectrix LXS 2.0 model will cost Tk 75,999 if bought with battery. After ordering on Flipkart, delivery will be given to customers within two to three weeks.
Talking about the specifications, this electric scooter uses a 2.3 KW Lithium Ferro Phosphate or LFP battery, which the company claims can run up to 100 km on a full charge. It will get fully charged in three to four hours.
90 Nm of torque will be available from the DC hub motor of the Lectrix LXS 2.0 electric scooter. The maximum speed is 50 km per hour. The suspension uses telescopic forks at the front and dual coil springs at the rear. The scooter is available in five color options.
