Last year Itel brought Itel S23 and S23 Plus under their S23 series. To be specific, the standard S23 was announced in June, while the Plus version debuted in September. And now, the brand has quietly listed the Itel S24 with all the specifications and features on their website. That being said, everything except the price has been revealed. Let’s take a look at the details of the new Itel S24.
Specifications and Features of Itel S24
The iTel S24 has a 6.6-inch IPS LCD panel, on top of which sits a punch-hole cutout for the selfie camera. The screen offers HD+ resolution, 90 Hz refresh rate and 480 nits peak brightness. The device uses MediaTek Helio G91 chipset. Itel S24 will be available in three LPDDR4X RAM + eMMC storage variants – 4GB + 128GB, 8GB + 128GB and 8GB + 256GB. Also, the phone will offer up to 8GB of virtual RAM and microSD card slot.
As for the camera, the round camera module on the rear panel of the iTel S24 houses a 108-megapixel Samsung ISOCELL HM6 primary camera, which supports 3x in-sensor zoom and Electronic Image Stabilization (EIS). And for selfies, there is an 8-megapixel front camera. For power backup, the Itel S24 uses a 5,000mAh battery, which will support 18W charging via the USB-C port. It will also have support for bypass charging, which bypasses the battery and sends power directly to the motherboard.
Also, the Itel S24 will feature dual speakers and a 3.5mm audio jack. It will run on itel OS 13 software version, but its exact Android version is not mentioned on the website. The device is 8.3 mm thin and weighs 192 grams. The Itel S24 will be available in three shades – Starry Black, Dawn White and Coastline Blue. The price is expected to be around $150 (roughly Rs. 12,500).
