Xiaomi Mix Fold 3 foldable was launched in August last year. Xiaomi is currently working on the phone’s successor, the Mix Fold 4. Various information about the device has come to light through various sources at different times. Such as processor and camera. Now more features of Xiaomi Mix Fold 4 have been leaked and the excitement has increased.
More specifications of Xiaomi Mix Fold 3 revealed
According to a post by tipster digital chat station Weibo (a Chinese microblogging website), the Xiaomi Mix Fold 4 will come with a stronger body and hinge, which will increase durability and longevity. The folding screen will have less creases due to the new hinge. Also, the phone is said to have 16GB of RAM and 1TB of storage. An earlier report revealed that the foldable will be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset.
Xiaomi Mix Fold 4 is expected to have a battery of more than 5,000 mAh, which can support 100W fast charging technology. In comparison, the Mix Fold 3 has a 4,800mAh battery with 67W fast charging support. So this upgrade will be quite significant for the new model. The tipster also claims that the device will feature a 50-megapixel primary camera, a new periscope lens, and other camera sensors.
Also, the Xiaomi Mix Fold 4 will come with an IP rating for water and dust resistance, which was missing from the Mix Fold 3. It will also have a custom x-axis linear motor for improved haptics and will probably weigh between 220g and 240g depending on the material used for the rear panel. The last two Xiaomi Mix Fold series smartphones were launched in August. So probably, the Xiaomi Mix Fold 4 could also debut around that time this year.
