Ola Electric has been at the top for the past few months in the sale of electric scooters. They often come up with attractive offers to surprise the customers. This month was no exception. Recently, the company announced a price cut of up to Rs 25,000 on the Ola S1 Pro, S1 Air and S1 X+ models. Ola got the benefits of this. People flock to their showrooms to buy cheap e-scooters. According to a Moneycontrol report, Ola sold 10,000 e-scooters within three days of the price cut.

According to experts, Ola has shown great prudence by announcing a price cut to lure buyers in the second month of the new year. Their flagship model S1 Pro is currently priced at Rs 1.30 lakh (ex-showroom). It has become cheaper by Rs 17,500 compared to earlier. The model was earlier priced at Rs 1,47,500 (ex-showroom).
On the other hand, the Ola S1 Air is currently priced at Rs 1.05 lakh (ex-showroom). A few days ago, buyers had to pay Tk 1.20 lakh (ex-showroom) to buy it. As a result, it is Rs 15,000 cheaper than before. Also Ola’s cheapest scooter S1 X+ is now cheaper by Rs 25,000. Where it used to cost Rs 1.10 lakh (ex-showroom) to buy it, it is now available for Rs 85,000. As a result it is cheaper than many petrol scooters available in the market.
Let us know, to increase the confidence of the customers, Ola Electric is offering an extended battery warranty of 8 years or 80,000 km (whichever is earlier) on each of their products. There is no additional charge for this. On the other hand, Ola is in the process of increasing the number of service centers from 414 to 600 by next April.
