India’s popular trading app Groww is facing problems right now. Many users have complained about this on social media. When the share market opened at 9:15 am, the problem appeared on the Groww app and website. However, the problem is still not solved.
Many users have expressed their displeasure on the X (formerly Twitter) platform. They said they are unable to log into the profile from either the Groww app or the website. As a result, they may lose a lot of money. Even those who wanted to sell shares at the opening of the market, their orders were allegedly not accepted.
In this regard, Groww said on their social media page that, ‘Our technical team is trying to find the problem. Hopefully we’ll be back again soon.’
However, it is not confirmed when Groww’s problem will be fixed. The problem is initially assumed to be caused by the server. It should be noted that the Groww app has been experiencing problems for the past few days. In this regard, some users have complained that Groww is doing this to facilitate sellers by creating problems on the platform. Although its authenticity has not yet been proven.
