South Korea-based tech giant Samsung is currently working on a new budget-range device. The upcoming model could be called the Samsung Galaxy A05 and will be the successor to the Galaxy A04 model that debuted in August 2022. The handset in question was recently spotted on the Wi-Fi Alliance platform. And today, the same smartphone appeared in the database of the Bluetooth SIG certification site, which hints that the Samsung Galaxy A05 could be launched very soon.

The listing on the Bluetooth SIG certification site has confirmed that the Samsung Galaxy A05 smartphone will carry the model number SM-A055F/DS. It is also known that this upcoming device will come with Bluetooth 5.3 version support. Apart from this information, no other details about other features of the phone are mentioned on the certification site.
However, listings from certification sites where the device has previously been cleared reveal that the upcoming budget handset under the Galaxy A-series will be powered by the latest Android 13 operating system. It will offer support for 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz speed rate Wi-Fi bands.
As we mentioned earlier, the Samsung Galaxy A05 model is going to debut as the successor of the existing Samsung Galaxy A04. And for taking selfies, it will get a 5 megapixel front shooter. Further, connectivity options include – 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Bluetooth 5.0, GPU, a USB Type-C port, dual-SIM slot and a 3.5mm headphone jack. And for power backup, this Galaxy A-series handset has a 5,000 mAh capacity battery.
