Nothing is preparing to launch their second smartphone in July. However, before that, more information about Nothing Phone (2) has already been revealed. As company founder Carl Pei has confirmed, it will have a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 processor. Besides, the device will be manufactured in India. And now, a reliable tipster Nothing Phone (2) has leaked some renders online, revealing its first look.

The renderings of the Nothing Phone (2) shared by reliable tipster Steve Hemmerstoffer (@onlix) are based on live photos of a testing stage unit. According to these renders, the upcoming phone will feature a punch-hole cutout in the upper-left corner of the display, similar to previous-generation models. The front and back panel of the device will be made of 2.5D curved glass.
Notably, the Nothing Phone (2) won’t come with a boxy form factor like its predecessor. The device will be seen with a slim profile and the frame will also be slightly rounded for a comfortable grip. Now let’s talk about the rear panel, which was the main highlight of the Nothing Phone (1). Following its predecessor, the camera module of the phone (2) and multiple small strips of LED lights can be seen around the charging coil.
Besides, the Nothing Phone (2) will also have a dual-LED flash on the camera module. Its power button will be located on the right side, while the USB-C port and speaker grill will be seen on the bottom edge of the smartphone. It has already been reported that the Nothing Phone (2) will be powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Plus Gen 1 chipset and will also pack a 4,700 mAh battery unit. It will come with RAW HDR format and 4K video recording at 60 frames per second (fps). However, nothing has confirmed that the price of the smartphone will not go up much despite the upgrade.
