iTel S17 was revealed in Nigeria as the new entry-level smartphone from the Shenzen-based Tech Giant. The phone comes with a waterdrop notch display, triple rear camera, big battery, quad-core processor, Android Go edition, and more. The company last month announced the iTel A26 smartphone with good specs as per the price range.

iTel S17 features a 6.6 inches IPS display with an HD+ resolution and a dewdrop notch. Under the hood, the smartphone comes powered with a 1.3GHz quad-core processor, the exact manufacturer of the chipset is not known. It is accompanied by 1GB RAM and 16GB internal storage with a microSD card slot. The phone is backed by a 5000mah battery and supports standard charging speeds.
In terms of camera, the smartphone boasts a triple rear camera that includes an 8-megapixel primary sensor, a 2-megapixel depth sensor, and a 0.3-megapixel AI lens. For selfies, the phone sports an 8-megapixel front-facing camera under the waterdrop notch. The device is running on Android 11 Go edition with the company’s custom skin on top.
iTel S17 Price and Availability
As per the report, iTel S17 comes in a solo configuration of 1GB + 16GB priced at N45,000 ( Rs. 8,200 approx ) and the company offered the phone in three color options namely Sky Blue, Multicolor Green, and Deep-Ocean Black. The smartphone will be available for purchase online and offline by next week in Nigeria and there is no information on when the device will debut in other countries.
